Dimora Bianca is a typical Apulian stone and tuff Lamia, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and dry stone walls recently restored with harmony and simplicity.
It is a traditional Apulian stone and tuff Lamia, recently renovated with wise elegance and simplicity , and equipped with every comfort for a totally relaxing stay.
A wonderful swimming pool at your disposal ,completes the outdoor area of 2 hectares of red earth and centuries-old olive trees.
It is located just 4km from the center of Ostuni ,where you can find restaurants and many nice places ,and 15 minutes from the sea.
INTERIOR
The entire property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a beautiful living room with fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen, dining room with direct access to the living area where there is a beautiful white wooden gazebo furnished with a large table for 10 people where you can enjoy excellent dinners and lunches in the shade .
Complete the area ,a chill out area with pouf and hammock.
Finally, the lamia has a terrace where you can enjoy aperitifs at sunset overlooking the characteristic Mediterranean scrub.
At the end of the plot is a restored Saracen Trullo inside which is arranged a mini-suite for 1 person with sofa bed and private bathroom and kitchenette, breakfast area in total privacy and shaded area.
OUTSIDE
a charming private garden of 2 hectares full of olive, reed and fruit trees ,welcomes the beautiful swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds and umbrella and a very comfortable outdoor shower.
The olive trees surrounding the property grant unique corners for exclusive relaxation and meditation.
