Refund of the deposit or travel is provided only and exclusively for objective causes that result in the cancellation of the trip, and are, demonstrably, related to the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic: 

The following codinctions are to be considered objective causes of cancellation:

• Adoption of measures involving lockdown in Italy
• Inability to travel due to Italian government restrictions
• Restrictions on the movement of people from the Apulia region
• Mandatory quarantine of the customer/tourist who made the reservation or one of their guests disclosed during the reservation

Not objective causes of cancellation:

• Government restrictions of foreign governments
• Fear of travel
• Personal travel bans for causes not related to health emergency
• Variations in vacation time
• Loss of employment
• Cancellation of a subjectively important event

All of the above conditions must be valid during the booked stay period only.

In case of cancellation for other reasons, a full refund of the deposit paid or the total reservation made within 60 days prior to the booked arrival date is provided. After this date you will incur 100% loss of the deposit paid or total reservation.
