Located in Santa Maria di Leuca, Villa Marea offers its guests a privileged and evocative view of the beautiful and immaculate bay of Marina di Felloniche.

With a clean and extremely modern architecture, the villa boasts a truly spectacular and unique location, dominating in fact a plot of about 3000 square meters entirely fenced with stone walls and several direct accesses to the beach through gates.

Perfect for a stay of total relaxation, but not necessarily solitary: since thanks also to the autonomous annex, the structure is suitable to accommodate comfortably and in total comfort up to 15 people.

INTERIOR

The charming villa has a maximum of 15 beds and consists of a central body and a totally autonomous annex.

The central body has a dining room and a modern kitchen also with a breathtaking view that encloses every comfort, a bathroom with an indoor shower and a bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people. There is also a sofa bed inside the kitchen, which can be unfolded to make a comfortable double bed if needed.

The annex is located a few steps away from the main building completely autonomous, equipped with every comfort, such as barbecue, outdoor showers and kitchen, to accommodate in comfort up to 15 people. Outside the annex there are two very large beautiful panoramic showers also equipped with hot water and entirely covered in stone whose view is truly breathtaking. It consists of a kitchen, a porch and two rooms each equipped with its own en suite bathroom. One of the two rooms has a double bed and a sofa that can be arranged as a bunk bed if necessary to accommodate up to 3 people, while the other has a double and a single bed.

All rooms are air conditioned with a sectorized sound system.

OUTSIDE

Outside the property there is a large porch where you can safely park your cars in the shade. Two other porches, both equipped with table and chairs are positioned fronting one to the sea and the other to the swimming pool.

A few steps from the main building is a barbecue made entirely of stone, with 4 burners and sink, and a staircase leading to the belvedere with a direct view of the sea, equipped with a whirlpool tub.

Immediately outside the annex you will find two wonderful showers lined entirely in stone and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

The large outdoor swimming pool, daily cleaned and maintained by specialized and discreet staff, will allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of Apulia in relaxation.

In the large and panoramic terrace finds accommodation a Jacuzzi.

Finally, the outdoor lighting is fully automatic, so the guest will not have to worry about anything…
