We will enforce the following protocols and behaviors to ensure the protection of our clients.

FACILITY CLEANING AND SANITATION
CLEANING WITH CERTIFIED PRODUCTS APPROVED BY OMS AND SUPERIOR INSTITUTE OF HEALTH

• Facility cleaning is carried out following safe operating protocols
• Operators performing cleaning work are trained on the necessary procedures and provided with all clothing and protective equipment (DPI)
• Sanitization actions include activities performed using virucidal products certified for coronavirus approved by the Ministry of Health
• Unsanitized cloths and fabrics will be removed within the facility

CHECK IN
•Only one person will be allowed to enter the agency premises at a time
• A totem with disinfectant gel will be made available to customers
• Protective plexiglass bulkheads will be installed

In order to minimize the time taken to carry out check-in paperwork:
• We recommend that you pay the balance by bank transfer at least 15 days prior to your arrival date
• Those who wish to settle on site should come with a check already written and/or money already counted in advance
• We will require you to email in advance the personal information necessary for check-in
• All informative documents useful for your stay will be sent to you by email a few days before your arrival
•Keys will be sanitized before delivery

CHECK OUT
Keys can be left inside the apartment.
