Refund of the deposit or travel is provided only and exclusively for objective causes that result in the cancellation of the trip, and are, demonstrably, related to the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic: <\/p>\n

The following codinctions are to be considered objective causes of cancellation:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Adoption of measures involving lockdown in Italy<\/li>\n
  • Inability to travel due to Italian government restrictions<\/li>\n
  • Restrictions on the movement of people from the Apulia region<\/li>\n
  • Mandatory quarantine of the customer\/tourist who made the reservation or one of their guests disclosed during the reservation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Not objective causes of cancellation:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Government restrictions of foreign governments<\/li>\n
    • Fear of travel<\/li>\n
    • Personal travel bans for causes not related to health emergency<\/li>\n
    • Variations in vacation time<\/li>\n
    • Loss of employment<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation of a subjectively important event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      All of the above conditions must be valid during the booked stay period only.<\/b><\/p>\n

      In case of cancellation for other reasons, a full refund of the deposit paid or the total reservation made within 60 days prior to the booked arrival date is provided.
